Answer problem

Hi, when someone is calling me, I flip the screen to reveal the answer/ignore buttons but when I press answer nothing happens. What could be the problem?

Might be time to do a hard reset. Something didn't install properly during bootup and it can't recover on its own. How long has this been a problem? Is your phone rooted?

This is happening sometimes, randomly. I have to press a few times Ignore to cancel the call when this issue happens. The phone does not freeze, does not reset, no issues at all just this thing that drives me crazy. And also sometimes when I call someone I get System Busy. What could be the problem? Shall I try to exchange my SIM card and see how it goes?
