After few tries, a found the Facebook mobile site to be better of actual apps when WP integrations are not enough.
But pinning it to start screen, the tile image is just horrible, a preview of the site.
Can I change that image with a simple Facebook logo?

Its nice to hear someone else have this annoyance. Its a little silly, but id prefer the websites icon to what they have now.

You can also use Custom Tiles Maker to use ANY image you want to launch ANY website you want. It even lets you create tiles of any size (literally) including tiles that flip! You can also create NFC tags...pretty cool! :)

Yes they are very good as well. If they don't have a shortcut that you are looking for you can always make one with the Custom Tiles app.

You can control what the tile image looks like buy doing the following...

    1) go to the internet page you want to bookmark.
    2) look around the page to find some image or logo that would make a good tile image.
    3) use pinch to zoom and square it away with the top half of your phones screen.
    4) hit "pin to start" without zooming back out and your tile will look like what ever you had zoomed in on.

This is how my internet explorer shortcut for bing looks like on my phone

I have the same complaint with windows 8 too, when you pin an app, most of the time it doesn't take the logo of the website when you pin it to start like it should. Its kinda annoying, I definitely learned about the zoom into logo and pin to start for webpages, that is a cool and easy way to get the picture you want. I was excited when somebody showed me how to do that!

IE probably could use a site's image, if it would be tagged correctly for this purpose. At least it could use the favicon (if supported by site), but mostly these are only 16 by 16 pixels ...
