OTA Updates Queries

Ok,basically i have Lumia 820 flashed to 1308 firmware update by using nsu,so
1)will i get future Ota updates? (1314 etc)

2)i found out that all indian Ota
updates for Lumia 820 didn't got data sense app which i love,so if i do get an Ota update will that app go away?

3)Not sure (this is a weird question) i have an iPad and ipod and if u use any of these apple products (even iPhone) u know that if u update through Ota the battery life becomes horrible,but if the same update is done using iTunes battery works properly, so does WP8 ota updates also suffer like this? Cause i don't have any problem with my lumia's battery after flashing and i don't want to screw it up..

You will still get OTA updates when they are released. Data Sense is network specific so if your network supports it then it should still work.
