Installing app

At firmware 1308 i can install my app, but after i am upgrade to 1314. Why i cant install my app ?? Give me solution. Thanks

Error message : This might be because your phone software needs to be updates, the app is exclusive to be a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your country/region.
Why ?? I am use the lastest firmware 1314.0004. ???

settings>>region+settings>>change region>>reboot

If the app is developed by someone else, try contacting them and telling them you cannot download their application. They will be able to do something about it
