Internet Sharing/Hotspot and Phone Call at same time?

Looking into something for my business and I do not have mobile hotspot as an option from my personal Verizon account.

Can anybody tell me if you are able to have a mobile hotspot and receive calls at the same time without one affecting the other?

Additionally, can somebody confirm it for a Verizon Lumia 928 or a Verizon Lumia 822?

If you're picking up LTE signal, you should. CDMA doesn't support both at once. GSM/HSPA (ATT, T-Mobile) does.

BUT - (and here's another point for Lumia over iPhone) Verizon's iPhone does not support simultaneous voice and LTE. Who knows why, but they don't. Both Lumias do.
