Photos App Crashes, and now sync fails deleting a non-existing photo w/ error 83003018

Repro:
1. Open Photos App
2. Tap Date

Result: The app crashes. (Note that Album works)

Repro:
1. Open the Windows Phone app for desktop (Windows 7) and sync

Result: It tries to sync a photo that doesn't exist. I get two error 83003018

Any ideas on what I should do?
