Windows phone is the second most used OS in Latin America

Hi all!!! I've this great news (Windows Phone en Latinoam?rica ya es el segundo sistema preferido), the article is in Spanish but basically it says that windows phone is the second mobile OS only behind Android. It has displaced Blackberry. It has grown 12% in the region. This is a great new! You can see the our markets are very very different from the one in North America and Europe. What do you think?
