ATIV S's bluetooth

I have successfuly paired my ATIV S with desktop running Window 7. In the control panel, the phone logo shows up but is faded and I can't seem to connect the phone. Any idea? Thanks

It won't show connected after pairing. When you want to share files it will work.

I want to look at the folders in the phone so that I can transfer some files into the phone.. Nothing happens when I click on the 'faded' icon.

It will act like a normal bluetooth transfer, songs will be stored in music, videos/photos in saved pictures, office docs/.txt files in documents folder

My PC (Window 7) shows the ATIV S (no updates) as faded icon. On ATIV S, it can't detect the pc.

So Bluetooth pairing with my PC and ATIV S is suspect but I don't know exactly how to solve this. Any idea how to go about it?
