wp8 will have more customization

Hello, ibwas just thinking, you think theres a chance of wp8 extending their customization in 8.1 or 9? , i mean like having a different background color aside from black and white? Atleast just like in windows 8?

What would be nice, possibility of chosing background (picture, colour) and transparency for tile or let say that default view is situation when we want to change position of tile, Microsoft it can call it Playing Tile on main screen.
