Added a POP email account to Outlook.com but not showing up in WP8

Hi. I have set up Outlook.com to pick up my email from a 3rd party account in addition to my normal Hotmail account (using the option in settings to add a send-and-receive email account).

If I go to the Oulook.com website, Metro Mail or Outlook 2013 (Desktop) I can access the mail both for my normal Hotmail account and for the added 3rd party account (appears in a separate folder) but on WP8 (Lumia 920) I only get see the emails that are addressed for my Hotmail account.

I'd appreciate any tips on how to get the email from the 3rd party account to be displayed on my phone.

On windows phone when you go into the hotmail mailbox have you checked other folders? I know emails to my other alias at outlook.com don't show up in my main hotmail inbox. I have to check another folder on my phone.

What I do is forward all the mail from my Cox account to my Outlook.com account. Works great and everything ends up in my phones inbox.

Ah thanks - yes, found it now - listed under the folders.
