Some Music related queries...

So, I am now syncing my music to my WP8 with MediaMonkey (although I was using the Windows Sync app with iTunes, and really am happy to use either...)

However, what I want to know is, how do I get the ratings to sync... if I favorite something on my phone, is there any way for this to be reflected in iTunes etc? And equally if I rate something 4/5 stars in MM or iTunes, is there any way to get this reflected as a favorite when I sync to my Windows Phone?

The other question relates to artist background images... some (most) of my albums don't seem to display them... I know there is an app MPATool which will allow you to add these manually, but is there any way to do this on the desktop prior to sync?

I don't think it is possible to get the rating reflected as a favourite on Windows Phone as it does not use the tags for it's favourite status (neither reading nor writing). The favourite is stored in the Database.

What database, and where? There must be some way to pull this information out - might be able to make a script...
