how to remove dev unlocking from a phone

I'm hoping this is actually possible, I have a L521 that I've dev unlocked, I've just bought myself the beautiful L925, how would I un-register my 521 so I can then register my 925?

Go to your windows phone developer account and unregister the phone from there. You can register a maximum of 3 phones to one account.

well, I'm not using the paid one, just the free one, which if i remember correctly was just for one phone.. can you link me to this site? I cant find that option anywhere.

when you log in to the developers portal click your username and it will take you to your account. On the left hand side you will see the phone option and when you click it, it will list your phones and next to it the remove option.
