I've bought a Nokia Lumia 1520 a couple of days ago. I decided not to sync any music to it, since I additionally carry a 1020 around that has my favorite songs on it. I turned on Xbox Music Cloud sync though and expected my collection to appear on my 1520, but for some reason only a hand full of tracks are showing up. The 1020 shows a lot more songs when I enable cloud sync though. So it cannot be due to inavailability in the Xbox music catalog or something like that.
I've researched the internet for quite some time now and most posts I came across pointed out that cloud sync on WP devices only work when you're having an Xbox Music Pass subscription, which I don't. I had a test subscription for one month on my 1020, but that expired in January.
Do you guys have any idea what could be causing the issue that I'm missing so many tracks on my 1520 that appear just fine on my 1020?
