Lumia 920 TINFOILED after update (no cellular or wifi data)

Can't turn on wifi, says "try again later".
Can't use cellular data. APNs blank, can't add new ones, screen freezes then exits without saving.
Regular phone calls work.
This is a Rogers Lumia 920 on t-mobile USA. Anyone have any ideas?

I've restarted and soft-reset a few times.

I'm doing the 2nd update on my AT&T 920 now, hopefully I don't have the same issue.

I had an issue like that before and toggling the airplane mode a couple times solved it finally after a reboot.

So, if anyone is still reading this, I did a hard reset and it fixed the WiFi and cellular data. My programs automatically reinstalled but I had to redo my tiles, set up two-factor on my email accounts and generally redo my preferences, and of course all my pictures/videos/music were deleted from the phone.

Game progress was also restored along with scores ??!!
