How to get that bright yellow accent color in wp 8.1 with mspaint

We all hated that yellow accent color in windows phone 8. It does not look anywhere close to that vibrant yellow color shown in ads of Lumia's. Now can anyone tell me the value of that vibrant yellow color in html codes ? I want to make an image in Paint with that color and set it as my Start Background to get that color.

You can't get a start screen background image to be that vibrant. It automatically dims it so text is still readable in front of it.

yeah... i hate that isht!! some pictures and colors don't need it yet they still got that ugly grey overlay...
