Irresponsive power button

Hello.
I think you already know about the power button issue not being responsive. Today I found that the power button on my Lumia 1520 does not respond (maybe for few mins, made more) after I unplug the phone from charging. Actually it's the display not responding, because I called this phone from other sim and the Lumia was ringing, but didn't display anything. Today I performed a soft reset, but usually it comes back to life without any tweaking.

If anybody could have any ideas or solutions - please help, it's quite annoying.
