Windows Central Question

I have an HP laptop with a Dell docking station. 2 monitors, mouse, keyboard, camera are all attached to the docking station which in turn is plugged into the laptop via one HDMI. I am able to close the laptop everything works great.

Issue is, once I leave the computer overnight, it sleeps or hibernates. I have to open the laptop, hit the power button to get everything back on. Sometimes I have to unplug / plug in the HDMI for it to recognize the docking station again. I actually set ALL the power settings to "Do nothing", just to see and that did not help.

Computer I had before, let me just hit a key or tap the mouse to wake it up without opening the laptop.

Hope this all made sense. Any ideas would be great.
