settings menu need to be sorted or categorized, every time i need to search for a desired item like using the phone for the first time...
and app drawer sorting option
and the volume menu must be made transparent or small i.e if i change the volume during a video the vol menu literally covers most of the screen and its very annoying..
these changes are must, especially settings and app sorting

Disabling the navigation letters in the ALL APPS list. I really hate them. Now they're there permanently, no matter how few apps you have installed.

Its not. My creative nomad jukebox with 6GB hard drive from 1999 (think iPod, but before the iPod existed) got upgraded to gapless playback with a software update and its hardware was not nearly as impressive as what we have today. I think the trick is to decode the song in advance and then decode the next one before the current one finishes. The catch is that it would use more ram, but I doubt it would be that much considering that I've seen this done 15 years ago.

Gapless Playback. But I'm starting to believe it may be hardware limitation...
