ANYCHANGES to other storage attachment, separate network and pdf attachment in wp 8.1

Three main problems for me in my phone is this..can anyone help me other storage issue, pdf attachment and network problem making great headache..anything cleared in new os update? Due to the absence of seperate network 2g goes to 3g..

In mails pdf cant b attached only by office..
Other storage files goes on increasing day by day no way to remove them only temp files can be deleted..
Network is in auto mode. In other mobiles if we select 2g it stays in 2g itself here if there is 3g range it jumps to it..and if selected 3g and strength is less it will jumps to 2g...

PDF files are sent from Office. Other does not expand in WP8.1. It gets bigger, but cleans itself out pretty regularly. Never seems to get out of hand any more. If you set the phone to 3G it will drop to a 2G network if 3G is not available.

In 8.1 you can attach PDF or zip files (for example) using the share feature.

I guess no, only for new mails.

Just download any Windows Phone 8.1 file manager, all of them supports share option.

After a hard reset, the other storage stays on 0 bytes most of the time.

there is no need to do hard reset in wp8.1 to fix other storage.
in my cell other storage is always between 30mb-40mb not more than that.
