Why have my apps and games gone to Other in storage sense?

my apps and games went to "Other" in storage sense

I reset my set because of some issues and before resetting i transfer my games and some of apps to my SD card so that they wont remove. I took off my SD card and reset my phone. After that i insert my SD card but there is nothing in "apps+games" section in the storage sense. But the amount of data in "Other" i.e. 1.6 GB is showing that all of my apps and games went to "other" in storage sense.
Please tell me how can i move these apps and game back to "apps+games" section?
I need my games back please help me. Thank u.

Anytime you reset or use the recovery tool your apps have to be reinstalled, no matter what you do.
Download them again

But i transfer my apps and games to my SD card before resetting the phone and i take off my sd card and then reset my pone.
But after reset when i insert sd card into phone, nothing is showing in SD card in apps+games section. All the data of apps+games transferred to "Other" in storage sense.
Is there any way to take them back in apps+games?
