This is potentially a really dumb question, but if I stop the calendar from running in the background to help conserve power, what functionality will it lose?
I don't use calendar at all except checking moth/date. I think it will "disable" live tile functions (appointment etc.)
I'd like to know as well. Especially in relation to affecting use of Cortana.
I haven't disabled yet but I guess task/sync/and event remainders ?
