Music app keeps updating collection?

Can anyone tell me why the Music App keeps updating everytime I open it? I don't have any music stored on my phone and to the best of my knowledge, I don't have it connected to my cloud save music either. As soon as I open it, the header displays that its updating collection.

Do you have windows phone 8.1 dev preview on your lumia 925 ?

Mine does the same. Ativ S 8.1 dev preview. No music collection either

Yes 8.1 dev preview. I let it run for about 25 minutes, keeping the screen awake. It seems it have stopped. My guess is its either updating all of the Music Hub's current offerings for faster browsing. Or, its preloading my personal music collection I have synced in the cloud, in the event that I might decide to allow it to connect with it?!?
