I just got my first Windows Phone, and so far I love it. I am just having one little issue. I have been a droid users and gmail user for years now, so when I set up my account, I wanted all my gmail synced. That worked fine, but now it appears as though Facebook overrides gmail. Some of the people in my Gmail contacts list only have their email, or first name displayed in emails or texts. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, when I go to edit a contact, I see a subheading that says "Edit Gmail". This seems like their gmail contact info is somehow separate than the contact information listed in the "people" portion of my phone. Why is there a heading that says "edit linked contact" and within that "edit gmail contact"? Whats the difference? Seems a little excessive.
Has anyone seen this?
