Hi there,

Did anybody notice a 'phone'' update..?

I just checked for updates and one is installing right now (8.10.12383.878, Lumia 1520, WP 8.1 DP).

I'll post later what I found new.

Update to Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers
Apparently 'fixes and improvements'...
