Hard Resetting in 8.1

Hey all

If I hard reset in 8.1 what will I need to put back after? I know in 8.0 it downloads apps but what about the start screen and setting?

For the start screen it should sync if you enabled the option as for the settings I'm not sure if they will all be restored.
