After updating wp8.1 on my Lumia 520 I can't play HQ videos,it lags but before updating it plays smoothly,what happened?could someone help me plzzz

If you have placed HQ videos on a low class (2,4,6) SD card it can lag...otherwise you can try a soft reset ( hold volume down +power button until phone vibrates and restarts

Pls note the Os you are using is just a preview and the official update is Lumia cyan which hasn't been released hence it's perfectly normal to face problems. Wait until the official update is released and then I think you won't face any lag.
