Any impact if sharing the microsoft account with two phones?

I am switching the phone but wanna keep the old phone as well. I'm curious, if there is any impact if I log in both phones with same MS account Will either or both of them will have synchronizing error?

No. I have three phones all on the same Microsoft account right now. No problems.
