Doubts about Update 1 and the Lumia Cyan.

Do I need to downgrade my Lumia just for the firmware update even though my phone is now on the Update 1?

I know what happened related to the BitLocker issue, but I'm still confused right now.

It's a grey area, but since you're using a 620 I would definitely hang on until it's actually released - the official fix may get released before that.

For what I've read, you need to wait to microsoft release a patch to fix the bitlocker issue witch is not included in WP8.1 GDR1.
If you want cyan fast I recomend to downgrade to WP8 + Black FW. If not you might just wait but there is no ETA as the cyan for DP as been paused until the bug is fixed.
I hope the fix + cyan comes out by the and of agust

Apparently, Joe Belfiore confirms that you no longer need to downgrade from DP to get Cyan.
