Hi, My problem is as follows:
I'm a windows phone 8.1 preview for developers user, I just downloaded the Nokia Software Recovery Tool 1.4.3 to downgrade my Lumia 820 back into WP8, or to get the Cyan update (whatever).

the tool is installed correctly. it recognizes my phone, and start downloading the files. once download is completed it starts to redownload again and again
am stuck there and not able to pass into the "install" stage.
-I tried to remove SD card and SIM card.
-I tried uninstall/reinstall the tool again.

nothing was useful ..
any help will be appreciated

If the files have been downloaded you can flash the phone using Nokia Care Suit.
Go to C drive > Program Data > Nokia > Products

Their you will get the files, so you can use these files to flash it via Nokia Care Suit

I found this in log file:
2014-08-27 15:41:47Z | 4796 (NokiaSoftwareRecoveryTool) | 0x00000009 | NokiaSoftwareRecoveryTool.Connectivity.dll | NokiaSoftwareRecoveryTool.Connectivity.Mira.ParallelDownloader.DownloadManager | Error | The downloaded file C:\Users\nor\Downloads\Nokia\Products\RM-821\RM821_3051.50009.1424.0008_RETAIL_apac_hong_kong_234_08_442718_prd_signed.ffu was deleted due to incorrect checksum. Download package operation retry without parallel downloading. |

I tried download several times, so it looks like package is not correct.

Don't connect ur phone through an usb hub.connect it directly to cpu and disable firewall and antivirus protection.
