Phone just gone haywire

These are the list of problem started this evening.

Major problem
!) I can't end the call properly. Even if I press End call repeatedly then it takes atleast 30 secs to 1 min to end.

2) If I received called then the phone freezes.

3) Apps & games are taking longer to load than usual.

Bonus problem
1.Music tiles problem. Even if their is no music going on


2.Location problem


Any suggestion other than hard reset(that will be my last resort) .

Did you install any new apps? If the problem started after a certain app was installed, perhaps uninstalling that app might make the problem go away.

What apps are you running in the background? Does the problem stop if you disable apps in the background?

No, I didn't install any app recently.
Two dags ago I installed WeChat & Viber which now I already uninstalled.

Apps that are running in background
IE, Battery Saver, Cortana, Music,Store, Whatsapp,& UC browser.

I uninstalled almost(except Games) every 3rd party apps in my phone.(Reinstalling now)

Look better now.
But Music tile problem & location problem still persistent.
