Store not working with WiFi

My wo store not working with my WiFi network. Everything else is working fine.I have a Lumia 730.

Disconnect, delete the network, soft reset and reconnect again. Then try the stores (not sure this will help, but it's worth a shot right?)

This happens to us when we are somewhere that has poor wifi. It is fixed if they reboot the wifi.

Depending on the answer I was going to recommend, connecting to another network, but it's good you mentioned it
