Use different Start Screen layouts on a SP3 for tablet/docked modes

I've been using Windows 8.1 on my Surface Pro 3 as a tablet/laptop for quite some month now and am recently further extend its capability as a desktop with a docking station. I do not use the screen on the SP3 when it's docked; I only use a standalone HP monitor for the desktop mode. The problem is, the SP3 screen (QHD) and the HP monitor (full HD) have different resolution, and the Start Screen, which I have optimized for the tablet mode, becomes a mess on the monitor. Also, I pinned Metro apps on the Start Screen for tablet mode, but when on desktop mode I would preferred the desktop version. I'm wondering if there is a way to use two different layouts for the Start Screen which I can switch between for different use? Thank you in advance!
