lumia 640 xl , while transferring files from my pc to my lumia over bluetooth , keyboard is hidden

When ever i am transferring any kind of files using bluetooth from pc to my lumia , simultaneously i am unable to use keyboard , there is blank screen always and no keyboard is there, even this use to happen sometime while bluetooth is off happens to me twice since i bought this phone , kindly please find the bug and sort out this issue, find these attached pictures and help me sorting out this issue please
