Consolidated Access to Contacts

After spending some time searching for a solution, I decided to post a question to this forum...

Since my employer decided to go with Office365, I thought it's a good idea to get Windows Phone (Lumia 930). My biggest problem in the moment is the access to contact data.

My setup:

• private contacts (payed Google Apps)
• company contacts (Office365

)
Both are configured as Exchange Accounts

My problem:

• My private contacts (Google Apps) show up in the contacts app and are synced. Calls are resolved against theses contacts. The problem might be, that my private contacts were first.
• My company contacts (Office365) are searchable on request but are not directly visible in the Contact app. As such, calls are not matched against these numbers.

What I would like to have:

• I would like to have a consolidated view on all contacts (private and company).
• When I search for a contact, the phone or contact app should search in both repositories (Google and Office365).
• Incoming calls should be matched against both repositories.

Is there a solution for 8.1 available?
If not, will Win10 offer a solution?
