Just purchased a Laptop with win8.1. Upgrade to 10 icon doesn't show up yet. What can I do?

I bought a Lenovo laptop and I just opened it and it had windows 8.1 installed. I want to upgrade to 10 but the icon on the tray doesn't show up. I guess it needs more time but is there a way to force it manually?

Run Windows Update!!! (you should install some updates from 8.1 before you get the upgrade icon) but in my eyes you could also use the Windows 10 upgrde tool provided Here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=616936
