I am not able to add new contacts to my Nokia Lumia 540 phone
I have bought this phone month back and already faced two major issues with phone.
Earlier within ten days it went to service center for replacement of its charging panel as charging was not working.
Now since that is fixed, I am not able to add any new contacts in phone. It shows me that contact is added but when i check it later on or restarts phone - newly added contacts are gone.
I am thinking of throwing this phone as this is the first time I tried windows phone and must say this is worst experience of mine in last 15 yrs of my phone usage. I will surely not recommend anyone for windows phone.
Can you share details of complaint redressal team as this time i need a replacement rather than again going to service center.
