Windows 8.1 problems! Any help?

Windows 8.1 problems!

Basicly:
I had to format my notebook.
It was windows 7 and i installed windows 8.1.
6gb Ram and i3 processor.
Every gamethat used to run properly when it was windows 7 won't run now.
Any game that i open get my cpu usage to 100%.
Even the browser games are getting it to 100%.
I if it's not a game it doesn't get my cpu to 100% but it won't stay less than 20%.

Fun fact: I tried to update it to windows 10 a few hours ago, and when it downloaded 100% an error just ocurred.
I can't even play minecraft.

uninstalling and updating any drivers that may be installed (control panel - progams) could help.
check the manufacturer's support site for driver updates.
