is there any way to configure the bluetooth for hearing aids?

my old wp8.1 phone would read my texts to me thru my heading aids. My new 950 doesn't seem to do this. Is there something I'm missing?

1 - Cortana must be supported in your country
2 - so, enable her
3 - in Settings -> Read my messages aloud -> select output.
4 - N:B: Cortana works only online. No more in-built old Nokia vocal syntethizer
5 - if you mean the reading all text aids, is still under Settings -> Accessibility -> Vocal assistant
