Windows Phone vs IOS vs Android, video online streaming over 3G

Windowsphone always win in terms in playing video online compare to ios and Android via sim broadband or 3G. with my own experiences with my iphone 4s Samsung galaxy s3 and my nokia lumia 620. Android loading more seconds before playing continuously than windowsphone.

What types of videos or apps are you using?

Just like youtube.. Free videos from different sites using internet explorer. Watch movies online as long as no wifi here.
The only bad for me i can't download videos that Will directly save to SD card. Only Android can do.
I use ucbrowser to downloads movies sometimes i try to export downloaded videos from uc browser to music and videos hub.

I did the test myself with the s3, Lumia 1020 and the ipad2 , android is clearly faster than the Lumia.. The ipad2 is slower.

It can be something about the caching , perhaps WP does less = smaller loading time.

Also, since the 620 is not 1280x resolution, it could affect the quality played compared to s3.
