Lumia Action Shot

Does anyone know of any apps that do what Lumia Action Shot (combined a moving object all in one photo, kind of like a still time lapse)?

I'd also love to know. Really miss the Nokia SmartCam that included Action Shot etc.

Ridiculous they kill it with no replacement. Why remove it from the store? Just leave it.
