Working fine and getting HSPA + on my ATIV S. I am getting around 7gb down and 1gb up.

same here no LTE but I get hspa+ same speeds as the other guys also the phone is not detected as a smartphone by at&T so I am getting unlimited non smartphone data, it works great

still can't get internet sharing to work though

If you happen to live in one of those markets where AT&T has AWS LTE, you'll be able to pick it up. I live in Chicago and see the LTE icon show up from time to time.
