Okay so I'v had my focus for a while, but I accidently deleted most of my apps. My previous restore point was around 4/5/12 but when I hard reset and restore it said restoration fail and my phone has been stuck on the "connect phone to windows" screen since last night.

Edit: Restoring just ends in "restoration failed" and the screen is still stuck.

Do have a memory card in it? If so, take the memory card out and try again. You may have a corrupt memory card causing problems.
