I can't login to windows central from the latest article 'What you need to know aobut update 10134'. I can login from the forum and login to windows from other windows central artricle. Only this article won't open the login dialogue box. It happens both on windows 8.1 on my surface pro in both IE 11 (latest update) in both the modern UI and desktop version and also occurs in Chrome for the desktop. Anyone else running into this problem and know a resolution? Thanks.
