I'm running W10 with latest RTM build (1511). There are 3 new Skype apps (Skype for Video, Messaging, and Phone. They or one of them are sucking 20 to 40% of my CPU (Core M). I can't find a setting to keep the apps from booting with Windows. If I kill the task, it starts up again in seconds. Thoughts on how to solve besides un-installing?

Try Task manager (either via right clicking the Task Bar, Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Winkey+X) -> StartUp

Here you can disable what programs start up at login.

This has replaced the Startup tab msconfig.exe in windows 10.

Ah right, in the task manager there is a tab called app history.

Here it will show you how long the app has been active but unfortunately it doesn't display the total amount of % the APP is using or used.

If either of these apps are constantly using the CPU, they will stick out like a sore thumb.

In regards to disabling these, it may be possible however as neither of them are loading for me I can't really test a work around I have in mind (disabling the service dependencies via services.msc).
