Registry key for lockscreen wallpaper?

After rebooting my Samsung Focus, my lock screen wallpaper won't change anymore. Bing and picture wallpapers won't set. Do anyone know if there's a registry key to change it manually from Root Tools?

You can disable it with [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\State]“Lock”=dword:1. Maybe disabling it, then turn it on and off, the enable it again might help.

It keeps setting it back to 0. Weird it actually worked though. I can set my wallpapers again. Thanks!
