    Can anyone make a camera app which captures pictures in motion like .gif images. Like pictures in Harry Potter films, live pictures... A five or ten second duration. If u get what I'm thinking pls respond.

    Cant say about 10 seconds , but you can try Nokia cinmeagraph if you have a Lumia device or Microsoft blink.

    Cinemagraph is too complicated, i need the pic as v took a 5sec vdo..

    I did a small sample App that does this a few months back. I can have a look if that can be polished up enough in order to be put on the store. Quality-wise I've not been that happy with the results though. GIF generation has been added in the latest version of the Nokia Imaging SDK.
