    first and foremost thanks in advance for helping me out!

    I'm a newbie when it comes to developing apps. i want to start making a few $ as donations aren't really working out for me.

    below is a screen shot of the app and how i want to advertise without being too intrusive on the user.

    do you recommend anyone/ ad agency to use to promote their product here? it needs to fix the box dimensions and ideally i would like a company that advertises gym/health as its a gym app.

    You can use AdMob Interstitial ads.
    These ads fullfill the whole screen. In AdMob you can define some filters so that you can filter to sports but setting filters will lower your ecpm.
