Can't sync with Mobile 6.1

I have an AT&T HTC Tilt. Now using Windows 7 and Office/Outlook 2003. I can't get the phone to sync with outlook via usb or bluetooth. Any help is appreciated.

It was synching with your desktop before you got windows 7? Windows 7 like Vista uses Windows Mobile Device Center have you installed WMDC active sync wont work also are you using 32 bit or 64 bit W7?

I was about to give up and then I set up Quickbooks Pro to sync contacyts with outlook. Next time I connected my phone mobile 6.1 connected and synced the phone and outlook.
