0x803FB005 when installing Movies & TV app?

Hi there! Originally I was getting a message to update the app upon opening, with no update available. I uninstalled it and am getting this error. I tried soft resetting, and am running an Alcatel Idol 4s on the latest CU release Build. Any help would be awesome! Thank you.

I've got the exact same problem only with a Lumia 950 tried everything but nothing works hopefully they'll fix it soon

So, there are only three guys (with me) with this issue ....
No solutions for this mobile device ... only one: buy a phone with a working OS!
