Buy an Android or iDevice LOL. Sorry just couldn't resist. :winktongue:

On a serious note though... On my L950 yes Maps has a tendency to wanna rotate yet not finding it particular hard keeping it from doing so. Could go into Maps "Settings"/"Ease of Access" then enable "show zoom buttons, even on smaller screen" Now on top of your maps (middle left side of display) you'll see a "+/-" that'll allow you to zoom in/out.
